How do I return my product? -Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee ($3.00 minimum). You must email the refund request to support@nimrodarchery.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

For all returns or exchanges, the item must be returned with the following:

· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

· Original packaging.

· Original invoice or receipt.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

I received the wrong product. Please contact us at support@nimrodarchery.com to receive instructions on the return of your current product. Once it is received, we will promptly ship the correct product to you.

What is your return policy?   We have a 30 day return policy. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. Also if an item seems to be defective and has been past the 30 day return policy you will have to contact the manufacturer for their warranty policy. Please note do not return an item without receiving an Return authorization number. To receive an RA # please contact support@nimrodarchery.com. If you return an item without this you will not receive credit.

When will my order ship? Most items will be shipped within 1-5 business days, depending on the item.

When will my order arrive? Most items will arrive within 7-10 business days of placing the order, depending on the item.

My order never arrived. If it has been more than 10 business days since you placed your order and it has not arrived, please email us at support@nimrodarchery.com. We would be happy to locate your order and get it to you as quickly as possible.

An item is missing from my shipment. Please email us at support@nimrodarchery.com giving detailed information about the missing item. We will determine why the item was not shipped and send you a prompt reply email. Please include your name and the order confirmation number, so that we may serve you as quickly as possible.

My product is missing parts. If your product is missing parts that were to be sent separately, but did not arrive, please email us at support@nimrodarchery.com. If the product is missing parts that were supposed to be in the package, please contact the manufacturer of the product for further assistance.

When will my backorder arrive? Backorders are items that are currently out of stock that we are waiting for from the manufacturer. If you contact us at support@nimrodarchery.com, we will attempt to determine when you might receive your backorder as soon as possible.

Do I have to pay sales tax? Currently sales tax is only charged to orders being billed to addresses in Pennsylvania.

I have a question on my charges. Please email us at support@nimrodarchery.com with your questions, name, and order confirmation number. We will reply as soon as possible with the answers you requested.
